Referrals to JobWatch

If you work at a Victorian community legal centre or other community organisation, you can use this form to provide a warm referral to our Legal Practice if you believe the client requires further employment law assistance.

We have a focus on supporting Victorian clients who are particularly vulnerable to exploitative work situations because of their gender, race, culture, language, location, class, age or visa status.

This includes migrant and visa workers, especially international students, people who have experienced family violence that has impacted their employment, people who have experienced sexual harassment or discrimination at work, women who have experienced pregnancy or breastfeeding discrimination, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee that we will take the case as we will need to review each case individually. We will always let you know the outcome of our review.
