Lunch and Learn Guiding Pregnant Employees Key Considerations

This webinar will provide an overview of the rights and responsibilities of employees in Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy or adoption.  It will touch on issues such as:

• the eligibility requirements for taking parental/adoption leave under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth);
• pregnant employee’s rights to request flexible working arrangements and the processes by which to do so;
• the right to a safe job; and
• no safe job leave.
