In early September 2022, a new Monash University report on pregnancy discrimination in Victorian workplaces, using JobWatch data, was launched. Research conducted by Associate Professor Dominique Allen and Adriana Orifici found pregnant women faced a wide range of discrimination detrimental to their job security and careers. The pilot study analysed data from calls to the JobWatch helpline.
In this 35 minute Lunch and Learn webinar, JobWatch gives Victorian, Queensland and Tasmanian CLC lawyers a quick overview of legal options for clients impacted by pregnancy discrimination in the workplace.
