Lunch and Learn: Smooth transitions: advising employees returning to work after parental leave

This webinar will provide a brief overview of common issues facing employees returning to work after a period of parental leave.  It will touch on issues such as:

• the return to work guarantee;
• the right to request flexible working arrangements;
• employee redundancy prior to returning to the workplace; and
• rights pertaining to breastfeeding in the workplace and other forms of discrimination experienced by returning parents.
