2025 marks 45 years of specialist employment rights services for JobWatch, and 25 years of leadership by Zana Bytheway. This long history has shaped a stable and experienced organisation supporting workers across Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.

In 2024-25, JobWatch assisted 13,841 callers through its Telephone Information Service and recovered $930,938.70 in unpaid entitlements through its Legal Practice. The Impact Report outlines this year’s achievements across legal information, casework, education initiatives and policy contribution.
