JobWatch Employment Rights Information App

The JobWatch Employment Rights Information App (the App) was first developed in 2017, and the information was current at the time of creation.

The App is designed to provide targeted information about your potential legal rights in the fields of Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, General Protections and Harassment. It is most appropriate for workers in Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.

The App provides general information only. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice. You should obtain legal advice from a lawyer about your particular situation before acting on any of the App information. We disclaim any liability in respect of any action taken or not taken in reliance upon the contents of the App.

We would like to acknowledge and thank the University of Melbourne for the development of this application.
