In this session, we will examine the main employment law rights you should be familiar with when assisting people who are impacted by COVID-19 vaccine mandates in the workplace. These include:

  • Lawful and reasonable directions
  • Occupational health and safety laws
  • Discrimination law
  • Privacy law
  • Unfair dismissal claims

This webinar session will suit you if you are based in Victoria and are a:

  • CLC or legal aid lawyer working with people impacted by COVID-19 vaccine mandates in the workplace
  • Case worker or any other professional practitioner working in this area
