Returning to Work Following Parental Leave

This Fact Sheet explains your pregnancy and parental-related entitlements upon returning to the workplace following a period of parental leave.

These entitlements include:

  1. the Return to Work Guarantee;
  2. your right to request flexible working arrangements; and
  3. accommodations you may request upon your return to work.
