Your Rights At Work: Bullying, Discrimination and Sexual Harassment

This 12 minute presentation is designed for secondary school students in Years 9, 10, 11 and 12 and other young people who may be looking to get their first part-time or casual job, or are already working. It gives important information about the definitions of workplace bullying, discrimination and sexual harassment, and their legal options if they encounter this at work.

It can be used by secondary school teachers and careers advisors as a resource in the classroom, and parents and students may also choose to access this recording themselves. It is also suitable for youth workers and other community workers who work with secondary school students and other young people.

The format of this presentation is a 12 minute .mp4 video, with presentation slides provided as a .pdf. The information is accurate as of October 2021. Note – JobWatch operates in Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania and this video is designed for residents of these states.
