JobWatch is an independent, not-for-profit employment rights community legal centre supporting workers in Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania with their rights at work. We are committed to improving the lives of workers, particularly the most vulnerable and disadvantaged. Established in 1980, we are the only service of our kind in Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.
Our primary activities include our Telephone Information Service, our legal practice, our law reform work and community legal education.
We support over 16,000 workers across the country every year with their rights at work, so we are in a unique position to understand new and emerging trends in employment law and its impact on everyday workers.
A society where all workers are empowered and protected, with access to employment justice.
To support and protect the employment rights of vulnerable workers, especially those most disadvantaged.
Issued by International Education Association of Australia (IEAA)
The International Student Driver Delivery Training Program is an educational training program on work rights, road safety, and legal rights and responsibilities for international students who are supplementing their income in Australia through the gig-economy of food delivery driving. The Program was jointly created by the Fit2Drive network, Swinburne University, D’Accord OAS, and JobWatch Inc with funding from Study Melbourne, to educate new arrivals and existing vulnerable cohorts.
